A well marked low pressure area has formed over EAST CENTRAL BAY OF BENGAL with wind speeds gusting upto 30kt and is very likely to North-Northeast and intensify further into a cyclonic storm of category 2 or 3. Central pressure is ~1000hPa. Landfall is predicted to cross West Bengal and adjoining Odisha and Bangladesh coasts.
